Hero Norwegian Course B1 Starting This September
Designed for Busy People
The course runs over 12 weeks with two sessions each week:
- Tuesday: In-person classes in Oslo or Sandvika
- Thursday: Online classes
- Small groups of 15-20 participants
This format makes it easier to balance work, family life, and language learning.

Throughout the course, participants explore topics such as:
- Work, careers and professional communication
- Health and well-being
- Family and relationships
- Housing and local communities
- Education and lifelong learning

- Society, democracy and sustainability

- Spoken communication and discussion skills
Each topic combines vocabulary development, grammar, speaking practice, and digital skills to help participants build confidence in real-life situations.
Focused Preparation for Norskprøven
A key part of the course is preparation for the Norskprøven exam. Participants receive systematic training in:
- Reading
- Listening
- Writing
- Speaking
You will become familiar with exam formats, assessment criteria, and practical strategies for performing successfully at the B1 level.
